In addition to the free hiking information and general area information that we provide, we also offer a number of all-inclusive day trips to get you off the beaten path and into the uninhabited islands, beautiful cloud forests and rainforests on the slopes of Volcan Baru, and into adrenaline-filled white water in the wild rivers of Panama’s Chiriqui province!

In Panama, whether hiking, whitewater kayaking, whitewater rafting, sea kayaking or touring by motorboat, we take care of every detail so that yours is a one-of-a-kind, hassle-free adventure! Each day trip begins and ends in the Boquete Outdoor Adventures office, in Plaza Los Establos, on Main Street. Trips depart daily from Boquete and the cost per person includes roundtrip transportation, snacks or lunch, guides and gear.
