Luxury Beachfront – Beautiful and spacious 4500 sq ft villa for rent on the beach of Playa La Barqueta. This is a newer villa that’s 150 feet from the ocean, and has 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens) and 3.5 baths. One of the best features is the private in-ground pool that overlooks the ocean. Upon entering this villa, it opens to a large foyer with two good sized bedrooms (one king size bed and one queen size bed) that are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom. Across the foyer is a third bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. After walking through the large foyer, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar that seats 4; the kitchen table seats 6; and the full bar seats 4. Across from the kitchen is the living room with a large sectional and chairs, and a full wet bar that seats 4 and overlooks the pool and ocean. There’s a grand circular staircase to the second floor which is a large private master bedroom and bathroom suite. The large master bathroom suite includes his & hers sinks, a jacuzzi, a large open shower, and it opens to a large walk-in closet. It comes equipped with a coffee maker and small refrigerator which is suited for occasions when large groups stay together in our villa. This beautiful second floor master bedroom suite also has it’s own private large balcony overlooking the ocean which is equipped with two hammocks and a bistro table to enjoy the ocean breeze.
