On the other hand, if you’re planning to backpack across Central America and prefer more affordable lodging and dining options, we’ll tailor your itinerary to include hostal stays, beach camping and typical Panamanian restaurants (where the locals eat). You may want to camp on Isla Coiba for a few nights and then pamper yourself in the luxurious linens of an ecolodge afterwards.
