Boquete’s unique micro-climate provides ideal conditions for growing coffee and is host to a number of coffee estates growing some of the world’s finest gourmet coffee beans. Knowing which coffee is your favorite requires that you taste as many of them as possible while visiting Boquete! There are several cafes in town serving it hot as well as a few serving iced frappes, lattes & cappucinos. But if you prefer a cheap cup of some of the world’s finest joe, try some of the local Panamanian restaurants and ask for “cafe con leche (coffee with milk)”.
