Robin wears many hats for Boquete Outdoor Adventures, namely planning, marketing and training BOA’s next generation of guides. Of course, playing and exploring have always been Robin’s primary pursuits, which makes Panama’s Chiriqui province a perfect fit. Biking, paddling, hiking and backpacking have historically been the mainstays of Robin’s outdoor pursuits, but with so many recreational opportunities to choose from in Panama, she’s diversifying and will keep you posted.
Prior to coming to Panama, Robin traveled extensively in South and Central America, paddling and backpacking across Chile, Bolivia and Argentina, as well as New Zealand. Having worked seasonally in the outdoor recreation industry for over 10 years alternately as raft guide, photographer, and guest relations rep, Robin has first-hand knowledge of the importance of professional standards and a firm commitment to excellence. And Robin’s experience assisting adventure travel trip leaders on South American whitewater kayaking trips provide her with ample knowledge of what you need when you get here. Over the years, she also maintained marketing positions with US based companies in the off-season, providing her with a well-rounded sense of what it takes to get you here as well as to keep you coming back year after year.
